Where my Journey Began

I tore my anterior talo-fibular ligament (ATFL) and calcaneofibular ligament (CFL) during a pick-up basketball game in 2020. I was built very lean, but I was skinny. I didn’t have sturdiness nor the muscular physique to be stable and durable. I started implementing weight-lifting and functional training. I gained muscle and definition, but my ankle became very unstable. Three years later, my primary care and podiatrist concluded that I would need surgery to increase stability and reduce the risk of future ankle injuries. My right ankle was operated on April 2023; the foot surgeon restructured my torn ligaments using the modified brostrom procedure. Despite the dreading process of healing and not walking, I used my rehab time to build a plan to educate and coach prospects who want to improve their fitness and daily lives.
Where I’m at Now

Embracing weightlifting has greatly improved my athleticism and given me a well-rounded lifestyle. I have yet to reach my fitness peak due to my uncanny and self-improving mindset. Now that I experienced life-changing results, my goal is to teach and coach ambitious prospects to embrace healthy habits.
