Make a DIY Whey Chocolate Protein Shake

From Left to Right: Morton Williams Peanut Butter, Designer Whey Protein from Trader’s Joes, Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Original AlmondMilk, Medium Bananas, Trader’s Joe Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Ingredients:

  • 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
  • 2 scoops (31grams) of Designer Whey Protein
  • 1 cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 TBSP of Cocoa Powder

Equipment:

I use a Ninja Blast Portable Blender to make the smoothies when I’m short of time

Steps to make your shake!

  1. Pour the 8 oz’s of almond milk
  2. Add the banana, cocoa powder, whey protein, and peanut butter
  3. Add several ice cubes to keep the smoothie cool and refreshing
  4. Blend twice to make sure the ice breaks into the smoothie
  5. Enjoy!!
